Make it faster
Include your order number if you have one. If it's a shade question, tell us what you ordered, how it looked on you, and roughly how you'd describe your skin tone — that's usually enough for us to get the swap right first time.
What we can help with
- Shade advice before you buy — describe your skin tone, or say what foundation shade you wear, and we'll tell you which of the four to start with.
- Wrong shade after you buy — free swap, keep the original tube. See Returns & Refunds.

- Refunds — 60 days, no need to send anything back.
Ingredients and sensitivities
If you have a specific allergy, email us before ordering and we'll send you the full ingredient list so you or your GP can check it. We'd rather do that than have you react to something.

Same address — put PRESS, WHOLESALE or COLLAB in the subject line and it gets routed properly.
