60-night money-back promise
Use your serum daily for up to 60 nights. If your skin doesn't feel firmer, calmer and more hydrated, contact us to arrange a full refund of the product price — even if the bottle is empty.
How to start a return
- Email revenecohelp@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We'll reply with simple return instructions.
- Once your return is received and checked, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.
Refund timing
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return. Your bank may take a little longer to show the funds.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return postage, at no cost to you.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
