These terms govern your use of reveneco.com and any order you place with RÉVENE (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you accept them. Please read them alongside our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
RÉVENE is a United Kingdom trading business selling cosmetic body coverage products. Contact: revenecohelp@outlook.com. Registered company details appear on your order confirmation and invoice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
3. Orders and contract formation
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our acceptance, and the point a contract is formed, is when we send you a dispatch confirmation email — not the order confirmation. Until dispatch we may decline or cancel an order, for example if the item is out of stock, if there has been a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel we refund you in full.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. We take payment at checkout. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we are not obliged to supply it at that price; we will contact you and offer to cancel and refund, or to proceed at the correct price.
Any “was” or comparison price shown refers to our own previous or standard selling price for that quantity, not to another retailer's price.
5. Promotions, bundles and free gifts
Promotional items described as free are supplied at no additional cost and carry no cash value. Offers may be withdrawn or amended at any time and cannot be applied retrospectively to orders already placed. Where a free gift is tied to a qualifying purchase and that purchase is refunded, you keep the gift and we do not deduct its value.
6. Delivery
Delivery timescales are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather or events outside our reasonable control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Full detail is on our Shipping & Delivery page.
For orders outside the UK, you are the importer of record and are responsible for any customs duties, import VAT or handling fees charged in your country. These are not included in the price you pay us.
7. Product use, suitability and disclaimer
Our products are cosmetics for external use on the body. They are not medicines and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or skin condition.
Patch test before first use on a small area of skin and wait 24 hours. Do not apply to broken skin, open wounds, recent tattoos, active infections or areas of active eczema or dermatitis. Do not use on the face. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if irritation occurs. If you have a known allergy, request the ingredient list from us before ordering.
Results vary between individuals. Statements on this site about coverage, wear time and transfer resistance describe typical results under the conditions described on our How It Works page and are not a guarantee of the result you personally will get.
8. Cancellation and refunds
See our Refund Policy. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected by anything in these terms.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, the RÉVENE name and marks, layout and code — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.
10. Your account and conduct
If you create an account, keep your password secure and tell us if you think it has been compromised. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or place orders fraudulently.
11. Reviews and user content
If you submit a review, photograph or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use it in connection with the product and our marketing. You confirm the content is your own, truthful, and does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading or unlawful.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or opportunity.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published at the time you placed it.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections available to you locally.
15. Complaints
Email revenecohelp@outlook.com. We aim to resolve complaints within 14 days. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
