We want you walking pain-free. Every order is backed by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: if you're not happy with your Révene product for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full — even if it's been worn and used every day.

How to start a return or refund

1. Email revenecohelp@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
2. We'll reply within 24 hours (Mon–Fri) with confirmation and any return instructions.
3. Where a return is needed, ship the item back to us — we recommend a tracked service. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to show the funds.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any return postage, at no cost to you.

Cancellations

Changed your mind before your order ships? Email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to cancel. Once shipped, the standard process above applies.
