Before you buy

Will it come off on my clothes?

Not once it is set — but do not take our word for it, because everyone in this category says that. Apply it, buff it with the applicator, wait ten minutes, then press a white towel against it and look at the towel. Two minutes, and it is the only test that matters.

The buffing step is the one people skip, and it is the one that stops transfer. That is why the applicator comes free with every order rather than being sold separately.

How long does it last?

A full day, through sweat and through swimming. Most people reapply every two to three days depending on showering and exfoliating. It comes off with any oil cleanser — not with soap and water alone, which is exactly why a pool will not touch it.

What if I pick the wrong shade?

Tell us and we will post the right one free. Nothing to send back, and you keep the first tube. Check the shade against the inside of your calf in daylight, not bathroom light — that is where nearly every mismatch happens. Not sure before you order? Email us, describe your skin tone or the foundation shade you wear, and we will tell you which of the four to start with.

Which shades do you make?

Four: 01 Fair, 02 Warm Beige, 03 Bronze and 04 Deep Tan. They are buildable, so one shade covers a reasonable range of tones. If you are between two, go lighter — it is easier to build up than tone down.

Does it cover tattoos?

Most, yes — two to three thin layers with full drying time between each. Straight answer: heavy solid black work is the hardest thing this does, and dense blackout pieces can still show a faint shadow in strong daylight. If that is what you are covering for an event, order one tube and do a practice run first.

Will it cover stretch marks and scars?

It covers the colour completely. It does not change the texture — a raised or indented mark will still be there to the touch, and hard side-lighting will still find it. For most people the colour is 90% of what they see in the mirror, but we would rather tell you now than take your money and disappoint you.

How many tubes will I need?

Legs use far more than a face. One tube covers roughly 12–15 full lower-leg applications. For a single event, one tube is plenty. If you have a wedding, a holiday and the party season, most people get through two to three — which is why the Occasion Set exists.

Is it safe on sensitive skin?

It is a cosmetic — fragrance-free and non-comedogenic. Patch-test on your inner arm first if your skin reacts easily. Not for use on broken skin, open wounds, or freshly healed tattoos. If you have a known allergy, email us for the full ingredient list before you order.

Is there a subscription?

No. You buy it once. There is no auto-ship, no account to create and nothing to cancel.

Using it

How do I apply it?

1. Start with clean, dry, oil-free skin — oil is what makes it patchy. 2. Apply thinly, upward and outward, with the applicator. Thin layers, never one thick one. 3. Buff until nothing lifts off. 4. Wait ten minutes, then get dressed.

How do I take it off?

Any oil or oil-based cleanser. Massage into dry skin, add a little water, rinse. Soap and water alone will not shift it.

Can I sleep in it?

It is not designed to be. Take it off before bed — it takes about a minute and it is better for your skin.

Can I swim in it?

Yes, once fully set. Give it the full ten minutes first.

How fast will it arrive?

Free UK delivery on every order, no minimum spend. Dispatched the same working day if you order before 3pm, then typically 2–3 working days.

I have an event coming up — when should I order?

At least a week ahead. That gives you time to test the shade in daylight and swap it free if it is not right.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If it has not shipped, email us and we will cancel and refund immediately. After that, the 60-day guarantee applies.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Yes — United States $4.99 (free over $45), Europe £14.99, rest of world £23.99. Import duties may apply and are the recipient's responsibility.
