Shipping Policy

At RÉVENE, we want your ritual to reach you quickly and arrive in perfect condition. Here's what to expect after you place an order.

Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours (1 business day), Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and may vary slightly during busy periods:

United Kingdom: 7–15 business days

Please allow a little extra time during sale periods and public holidays.

Shipping costs

Free UK shipping on orders over £50. Orders under £50 ship for a flat rate of £3.95, calculated at checkout.

Tracking your order

Every order ships with tracking. Once your parcel is on its way, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.

Delays & lost parcels

Occasionally carriers experience delays outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please contact us and we'll help track it down.
