Refund policy

Updated November 2, 2026. These terms apply to orders placed from this date. If your order was placed under an earlier promise, we will honour that promise.

60 days from delivery

Play in it. If the RÉVENE Knee Strap, insoles, elbow strap or tape isn't right for you, email support@reveneco.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number and we will refund you in full. This includes products you have opened, worn and used on court.

You keep the product

For a change-of-mind refund on the knee strap and the other court items we do not ask you to send anything back — keep it or pass it on. If we ever do need an item returned, we will tell you before anything is sent and we will cover the return postage.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Email us as soon as you notice the problem, with your order number and, where possible, a photo. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund straight away. The 60-day window does not limit your legal rights.

Your refund

Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Bundles, delivery charges and free items

A partial refund on a Pair or Court Kit is based on the amount actually paid for the items, not the single-strap price. Standard delivery charges are refunded when the whole order is refunded. Free items included with a bundle, such as the court insoles, do not need to be returned and their value is not deducted.

Cancelling an order

Email us as soon as possible if you want to cancel. We will stop the order before dispatch wherever we can; if it has already shipped, the 60-day refund above still applies.

Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer law. It does not restrict your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods, or any statutory cancellation rights.
