It's one spot below the kneecap.
Support that, and the rest follows.
Every split step, every lunge for a drop shot, every hard stop on a hard court sends a jolt through one small point just below your kneecap — the tendon that joins your kneecap to your shin. Not the whole knee. One spot the size of a coin.
A sleeve wraps the entire joint and spreads its pressure everywhere. The RÉVENE strap puts its support exactly on that spot, so the relief is there on the first point and still there at the handshake.
A strap, not a brace. Full bend, focused support.
A brace locks your whole knee in neoprene — the opposite of what you want when you need to get low for a volley.
The RÉVENE strap does one job well. The contoured pad presses on the tendon just below your kneecap and changes where the load lands when you plant and push off. Less jolt on the sore spot. Full bend in the knee.
Think of a door that sticks. You can force it shut every time, or you can fix the one place the frame rubs. RÉVENE fixes the frame.
It stays put for the whole session.
The number one thing players want from a knee strap: stay where I put it. Down the shin by the second game is the complaint about every other strap out there.
The RÉVENE pad is ribbed on the skin side, so it grips instead of sliding. Metal buckles hold the tension you set — not a plastic clip that gives a little with every step. Put it on before the first point and forget about it until the handshake.
Forget it's on. Even in the heat.
Most knee supports turn your leg into a sauna by the end of the warm-up. The RÉVENE band is a thin, breathable weave — no neoprene, no sweat pooling, no itch.
It disappears under a skirt, shorts or compression tights. Your doubles partner won't notice it. Your knee will.
On in seconds.
One adjustable size. Fits left or right knee.
Find the tendon
Sit with your leg out straight. Feel just below your kneecap for the soft band before the shin bone. That's the spot.
Place the pad
Centre the contoured pad on that spot, about two fingers below the kneecap, pad side against the skin.
Set the tension
Feed the band through the buckle and pull until it's snug, not tight. You should still be able to slide one finger underneath.

Frequently asked questions
How is this different from a knee sleeve or a brace?
A sleeve squeezes the whole joint. A brace locks it. The RÉVENE strap puts its support on the one point that actually complains after a match — the tendon just below your kneecap — and leaves your knee free to bend. It's the difference between a floodlight and a torch.
Tennis or pickleball — does it matter?
Both. Same movement, same spot. Both sports live on split steps, lunges and hard stops on a hard court, and both load the tendon just below the kneecap. The strap supports the point that takes the hit whether you're holding a racket or a paddle.
Should I strengthen my knee as well?
Yes — the two work together. The strap supports you on match day; strengthening is what builds the knee up over the months. Wear the strap when you play and keep up the leg work your physio or coach gives you in between.
What's in the Pair and the Court Kit?
Pair: two knee straps (one per knee) plus a free pair of trim-to-fit court insoles. Court Kit: the Pair, the insoles, and an elbow strap built on the same idea for the serving arm. Both ship free in the US. It's the things players on the forums end up buying separately, in one box.
I've tried sleeves before. Why would this be different?
Because this one is aimed at the right place. Sleeves compress everything evenly, so the one spot taking the load on every split step gets no more help than the rest of your knee. This strap concentrates the support there. For a lot of players, that's the whole difference.
It looks small. Does it actually do anything?
It's small because it only needs to cover one spot. The pad sits where the load lands when you plant and push off, so you feel the difference on the very first change of direction, not after a month.
What size do I need?
One size. The band feeds through a metal buckle and adjusts to fit 30–46 cm (12–18 in) measured just below the kneecap — most adult knees, slim to larger builds. Snug with one finger sliding underneath is the right fit. It's symmetrical, so it fits the left or right knee. The insoles are trim-to-fit and cover US 4–14.
Will it stay put when I play?
Yes — that's exactly what it was designed for. The pad is ribbed on the skin side so it grips rather than slides, and the metal buckle holds the tension you set through split steps, lunges and sprints to the net. Put it on at the start and leave it until the last point.
One strap or a pair?
If both knees have something to say after a match, or you want a spare in the bag, the Pair is the one most players choose — it ships free and the insoles come with it. If it's one knee only, a single strap does the job.
Can I wear it off the court?
Yes. Stairs, long walks, the gym, the garden. It's thin and breathable enough to wear under trousers, and most people forget it's on.
How do I know I'm wearing it right?
Three steps. Find the soft spot just below your kneecap. Centre the pad on it, pad against the skin. Tighten until snug, not tight. The fit guide above walks you through it with pictures.
Is this a medical device?
It's a support strap you wear while you play, not a treatment. If you have a diagnosed injury or pain that isn't settling, check with your physio or doctor and bring the strap along to ask whether it suits you.
What if it isn't right for me?
You get 60 days from delivery. If it isn't right for your knee, email us and we'll refund you in full — and you keep the strap. Order it, play in it, decide later.
How does shipping work?
