Shipping policy

US shipping

Free US shipping on orders of $40 or more after discounts — every Pair and Court Kit qualifies. Orders under $40 ship for a flat $4.99. Your shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

When will it arrive?

Orders are dispatched by our fulfilment partner within 2 business days. Most US orders arrive 7 to 12 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed date; carrier delays and customs checks can add time.

Tracking your order

Tracking is emailed the moment your parcel is on its way. If you cannot find the email, check your spam folder or email support@reveneco.com with your order number.

Ordering outside the US?

Available destinations, shipping charges and delivery options are shown at checkout. The free shipping offer above applies to US orders. UK orders ship free at £40 or more and for £4.99 under that.

Customs and import charges

Orders outside the UK may incur import duties, local taxes or carrier fees on arrival. Unless collected at checkout, these charges are your responsibility and are set by the destination country and carrier.

A problem with delivery?

For a wrong address, missing parcel or damaged item, email us with your order number. Contact us before dispatch if an address needs correcting; changes cannot be guaranteed once a parcel is on its way.
