Where do I put it?
Wherever crochet leaves you tight. For most people that's the back of the neck, the tops of the shoulders, and the base of the thumb or the wrist on the hook hand. Rub a fingertip's worth into each spot after you finish.
What does it feel like?

Is this a sleep cream?
No. Lots of magnesium creams are sold for sleep. This one is built for muscle tension: magnesium chloride in a cooling, non-greasy cream you can use on your neck, shoulders and hands straight after a session. Plenty of people do find it relaxing at night, but that isn't what it's for.
How quickly will I feel something?
The cooling comes on within a minute or two and lasts around half an hour. The soothing feel on tight muscles builds as the cream absorbs. Use it after each long session rather than once in a blue moon.
Can I use it mid-session?
